الذكاء الاصطناعي في الميزان .. ما له وما عليه Artificial Intelligence in the Balance: Pros and Cons

بات الذكاء الاصطناعي جزءا لا يتجزأ من حياتنا اليومية، فنحن نعتمد الآن على خوارزميات محركات البحث والمساعدين الرقميين مثل أليكسا (Alexa) وسيري (Siri) في كل شيء تقريبا، بما في ذلك طلب سيارة أجرة أو معرفة عدد السعرات الحرارية الموجودة في طبق الطعام الذي نأكله إلى جانب العديد من المجالات المختلفة في الطب والصناعة وعالم الأعمال والخدمات المنزلية والزراعة ، فلم يعد الذكاء الاصطناعي في هذه المجالات عموماً وفي عالم الأعمال خصوصاً ترفاً ، وإنما صار ضرورة حتمية اقتضاها عصر التعامل الرقمي الذي ساد في كل مجالات الحياة ، ولن تقدر الشركات في عالم الأعمال خاصة أن تواكب توقعات المستهلكين وستبوء بالفشل مع فقد حصتها في السوق والسبيل الوحيد للبقاء والاستمرار يكمن في قدرتها على مواكبة حركة التغيير الرقمي السريعة والمتحركة بانتظام واطراد .
وسأحاول خلال هذا البحث الوقوف على ماهية الذكاء الاصطناعي لنعرف معناه وأهميته وتطوره المتسارع والمتلاحق وخصائصه ثم نقف على ما له مزايا وعيوب من واقع هذا التطور التكنولوجي المذهل.
 
 
 
Abstract: Artificial intelligence has become an integral part of our daily lives. We now rely on the algorithms of search engines and digital assistants like Alexa and Siri for almost everything, including ordering a taxi or knowing the number of calories in the dish we eat, in addition to many different fields in medicine, industry, the business world, home services, and agriculture. In these fields in general, and in the business world in particular, artificial intelligence is no longer a luxury, but rather an inevitable necessity dictated by the era of digital interaction that has prevailed in all aspects of life. Companies in the business world, in particular, will not be able to keep pace with consumer expectations and will fail, losing their market share. The only way to survive and continue is their ability to keep up with the rapid and steadily moving digital transformation.
Throughout this research, I will attempt to identify the essence of artificial intelligence to understand its meaning, importance, and its accelerating and successive development, as well as its characteristics. Then, we will examine its advantages and disadvantages based on this amazing technological development.
