الصعوبات التي تعاني منها أمهات أطفال التوحد Difficulties Faced by Mothers of Autistic Children

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف التحديات التي تواجهها أمهات الأطفال المصابين بالتوحد في معهد “حمائم السلام” بمحافظة النجف الأشرف، أذ تألّفت عينة البحث من (40) أُمًّا، خلال العام الدراسي (2018–2019). ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، اعتمد الباحثون استبانةً مُصمَّمَةً لرصدِ الصعوبات، اشتملت على (26) فقرة تغطي مختلف الجوانب الحياتية، مع ضمان دقة أدوات القياس وثباتها عبر التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، بما يتوافق مع أهداف البحث.
وكشفت النتائج تصدُّر الفقرة التي نصّت على أن: “التأخر الكبير في النطق وصعوبة تكوين كلمات مفهومة” للمرتبة الأولى بحصولها على تقييمٍ عالٍ جدًّا، بينما حلّت في المرتبة الثانية الفقرة : “النشاط البدني المفرط كالدوران المتكرر حول الكرسي أو المنضدة من دون كلل، مما يُثير القلق لدينا”، مُحققًة تقييمًا مرتفعًا أيضًا.
وختامًا، قدّم الباحثون جملةً من التوصيات، أبرزها: تعزيز الوعي المجتمعي بالتحديات التي تعيشها أمهات أطفال التوحد، فضلاً عن تأهيل كوادر متخصصة للتعامل مع هذه الفئة، وإنشاء مراكز متكاملة تُعنى بشؤونهم في مختلف جوانب اضطراب التوحد.
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract: This study aimed to explore the challenges faced by mothers of children with autism at the “Hamaaiem Alsalam” Institute in Najaf Ashraf Governorate. The research sample consisted of 40 mothers during the 2018–2019 academic year. To achieve this objective, the researcher employed a specially designed questionnaire to identify difficulties, comprising 26 items that covered various life aspects. The measurement tools were ensured for validity and reliability through statistical analysis using SPSS software, aligning with the research objectives. 
The results revealed that the item stating, “Severe speech delay and difficulty forming understandable words” ranked first, receiving a very high evaluation. Meanwhile, the item “Excessive physical activity, such as repeatedly spinning around chairs or tables without tiring, which causes us anxiety” ranked second, also achieving a high evaluation. 
In conclusion, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, most notably: enhancing community awareness of the challenges experienced by mothers of autistic children, training specialized personnel to work with this group, and establishing integrated centers dedicated to addressing their needs across various aspects of autism spectrum disorder.
