TPACKفاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نموذج تيباك فى تنمية مهارات تصميم وإنتاج الدروس التفاعلية لدى معلمى المرحلة الابتدائية بالمملكة العربية السعودية The Effectiveness of a Training Program based on the TPACK Model in Developing the Skills of Designing and Producing Interactive Lessons among Primary School Teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

: هدف البحث التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نموذج تيباك TPACK في تنمية الجانب المعرفي لمهارات تصميم وإنتاج الدروس التفاعلية لدى معلمى المرحلة الابتدائية بالمملكة العربية السعودية ، والتعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نموذج تيباك TPACK في تنمية الجانب الأدائي لمهارات تصميم وإنتاج الدروس التفاعلية لدى معلمى المرحلة الابتدائية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، واستخدم البحث على المنهج التجريبي ذي التصميم شبه التجريبي اعتمادًا على المجموعة الواحدة ، وأعد الباحث برنامج تدريبي قائم على نموذج تيباك TPACK طبق على عينة قوامها (50) معلم من مدارس المرحلة الإبتدائية بمكة المكرمة،  وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن قيمة "ت" المحسوبة أكبر من قيمة "ت" الجدولية في جميع المهارات والدرجة الكلية (18.541) وهي دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.01)، وهذا يدل على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي، ولقد كانت الفروق الصالح التطبيق البعدي وفاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نموذج تيباك TPACK في تنمية الجانب المعرفي لمهارات تصميم وانتاج الدروس التفاعلية لدى معلمى المرحلة الابتدائية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وإن قيمة t المحسوبة على بطاقة الملاحظة أكبر من قيمة t المحسوبة على مجموع الدرجات في جميع مهارات البطاقة (29.331) وهي ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01)، مما يشير إلى وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين  التطبيق القبلي والبعدى للبرنامج، ولصالح التطبيق البعدي وفاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نموذج تيباك TPACK في تنمية الجانب الأدائي فى تصميم وإنتاج الدروس التفاعلية لدى معلمى المرحلة الابتدائية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. كما أوصى البحث بالاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي المبني في ضوء نموذج تيباك (TPACK) في تدريب المعلمين على مستوى المملكة العربية السعودية ، وتطوير برامج إعداد وتدريب معلمى المرحلة الإبتدائية التي تركز على مهارات تصميم وإنتاج مهارات الدروس التفاعلية.
 
 
Abstract: The aim of the research is to focus on the effective focus on the TPACK program in developing the creative skills and interaction of the training stage teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to identify an effective training program on the TPACK program in developing the creative skills and interaction of the training stage teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Performance development of interactive design and production skills among participatory stage teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research on an experimental model began with an experimental design on the group, and the researchers began a training program on the TPACK model with its wonderful composition (50) teachers from schools in Mecca, The research results showed that the calculated “t” value is greater than the tabulated “t” value for all skills and the total score (18,541), and it is statistically significant at the significance level (0.01), which indicates that there is a statistically significant difference between the previous and subsequent applications, and the difference was Between the subsequent application and the effectiveness of the training program based on the TPACK model in developing the cognitive aspect of decision-making skills and producing interactive lessons among primary school teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the t value calculated on the note card is greater than the t value calculated on the total scores in all card skills (29,331) It is statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01). Which indicates that there is a statistically significant difference between the pre- and post-application of aviation, and in favor of the post-application and effectiveness of a training program based on the TPACK model in developing the performance aspect in designing interactive innovations for teachers of the participation stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
