التوافق النفسي وعلاقته باتخاذ القرار لدى طلبة الصف العاشر بالمدارس الثانوية العربية Psychological Compatibility and its Relationship to Decision-Making Among Tenth Grade Students in Arab Secondary Schools

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى التوافق النفسي وعلاقته باتخاذ القرار لدى طلبة الصف العاشر بالمدارس الثانوية العربية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الارتباطي نظرا لملائمته لأغراض الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة الصف العاشر بالمدارس الثانوية بمنطقة المثلث الشمالي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (180) من طلبة الصف العاشر، حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة التي بنيت من قبل الباحث خصيصًا لهدف الدراسة، ومن ثم تم تحليل البيانات من خلال برنامج SPSS، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: لا توجد فروق في مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى طلبة الصف العاشر بالمدارس الثانوية بمنطقة المثلث الشمالي تعزى لمتغير الجنس، كما تبين أنه لا توجد فروق في مدى قدرة طلبة الصف العاشر على اتخاذ القرار في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة المثلث الشمالي تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وأن مدى قدرة طلبة الصف العاشر على اتخاذ القرار في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة المثلث الشمالي جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وبنسبة مئوية (74.7%)، كما تبين أن مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى طلبة الصف العاشر بالمدارس الثانوية بمنطقة المثلث الشمالي جاء بدرجة عالية، وبنسبة مئوية (78.2%)، وبينت النتائج أنه توجد علاقة طردية إيجابية ذات دلاله إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≥ 0.05) بين التوافق النفسي واتخاذ القرارات لدى طلبة الصف العاشر بالمدارس الثانوية بمنطقة المثلث الشمالي، وبناء على النتائج يوصي الباحث بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها أن تحرص إدارة المدرسة على تطوير برامج من شأنها تعزيز التوافق النفسي لدى الطلبة باستمرار، وأن تحرص ادارة التربية والتعليم على تنمية وتطوير القدرات للمعلمين من أجل نشر الوعي بين الطلبة حول أهمية التوافق النفسي لديهم والاستماع إلى أراءهم والأخذ بها.
Abstract: The study aimed to identify psychological compatibility and its relationship to decision-making among tenth grade students in Arab secondary schools. The study used the correlational approach due to its suitability for the purposes of the study. The study population consisted of all tenth-grade students in secondary schools in the Northern Triangle region, and the study sample amounted to (180) tenth grade students. The questionnaire, which was built by the researcher specifically for the purpose of the study, was distributed, and then the data was analyzed using the SPSS program. The study reached the following results: There are no differences in the level of psychological adjustment among tenth grade students in secondary schools in the Northern Triangle region due to the gender variable. It was also found that there are no differences in the extent of the tenth-grade students’ ability to make decisions in secondary schools in the Northern Triangle region due to the gender variable. The extent of the ability of tenth grade students to make decisions in secondary schools in the Northern Triangle region was at a moderate degree, with a percentage of (74.7%). It was also shown that the level of psychological adjustment among tenth grade students in secondary schools in the Northern Triangle region was at a high degree, with a percentage of (78.2%). %), The results showed that there is a positive relationship with statistical significance at the significance level (α ≥ 0.05) between psychological adjustment and decision making among tenth grade students in secondary schools in the Northern Triangle region. Based on the results, the researcher recommends several recommendations, the most important of which is that the school administration should develop programs for It will constantly enhance psychological adjustment among students, and the Department of Education should develop the capabilities of teachers in order to spread awareness among students about the importance of psychological compatibility and to listen to their opinions and take them into account.
