هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن المهارات الاجتماعية للأطفال المتأخرين لغويا في روضات التربية الخاصة في القدس من وجهة نظر الطاقم التربوي، واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي واستخدمت الاستبانة كمقياس، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (85) من الطاقم التربوي. أظهرت نتائج السؤال الأول الى ان واقع المهارات الاجتماعية للأطفال المتأخرين لغوياً في روضات التربية الخاصة في القدس، من وجهة نظر الطاقم التربوي، قد جاء بدرجة متوسطة وقد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للمقياس ككل (2.67) بنسبة وزن (53.5%)، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق يُلاحظها الطاقم التربوي في استجابات عينة الدراسة تجاه واقع المهارات الاجتماعية للأطفال المتأخرين لغوياً في روضات التربية الخاصة في القدس، ويُعزى ذلك بشكل رئيسي إلى متغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، العمر، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، المسمى الوظيفي). واوصت الباحثة الى تعزيز برامج التدريب للطاقم التربوي التي تستهدف تطوير مهارات واستراتيجيات التفاعل الاجتماعي مع الأطفال المتأخرين لغويًا. يمكن أن يشمل ذلك تقديم ورش عمل حول كيفية تعزيز التواصل الاجتماعي وبناء العلاقات الإيجابية في بيئة التعلم. \كذلك اوصت الباحثة بتعزيز وتوسيع الأنشطة الجماعية التي تشمل مشاركة الأطفال في مجموعات مع أقرانهم. يجب تصميم هذه الأنشطة بطريقة تشجع على التفاعل الاجتماعي وتعزز بناء العلاقات.
Abstract: The study aimed to uncover the social skills of language-delayed children in special education kindergartens in Jerusalem from the perspective of the educational staff. The researcher adopted a descriptive methodology and utilized a questionnaire as a measurement tool, with a study sample consisting of 85 educational staff members. The results of the first question indicated that the reality of social skills for language-delayed children in special education kindergartens in Jerusalem, from the perspective of the educational staff, was of moderate degree. The calculated average for the entire scale was (2.67) with a weight percentage of (53.5%). The results also showed no significant differences perceived by the educational staff in the study sample regarding the reality of social skills for language-delayed children in special education kindergartens in Jerusalem. This was primarily attributed to variables such as gender, age, years of experience, academic qualifications, and job title. The researcher recommended enhancing training programs for the educational staff aimed at developing skills and strategies for social interaction with language-delayed children. This could include workshops on enhancing social communication and building positive relationships in the learning environment. Additionally, the researcher suggested promoting and expanding collective activities involving children in groups with their peers. These activities should be designed to encourage social interaction and foster relationship-building.
