الانعكاسات التربوية لمشروعية الزواج في ضوء المقاصد المجتمعية المعاصرة The Educational Reflexes of the Legality of Marriage in the light of Contemporary Societal Purposes

تحددت المشكلة المراد إلقاء الضوء عليها عبر هذا المقال في ضرورة توضيح الانعكاسات التربوية لمشروعية الزواج في ضوء المقاصد المجتمعية المعاصرة ، ومن ثم فقد تم انجاز هذه المقالة كما يلي :
المحور الأول - المقاصد المأمولة من مشروعية الزواج لدي الأفراد وآثارها المجتمعية
( الآثار المترتبة عن مشروعية الزواج وتكوين الأسر لدي الأفراد ) : اقتصادياً ونفسياً ، ومدي تماسك الأسرة ، وغيرها من الآثار .
المحور الثاني - مشروعية الزواج في ضوء تعدد أنماطه : الزواج الرسمي ( الموثق ) -الزواج العرفي - زواج المسيار - زواج المؤانسة - زواج المتعة - تعدد الزوجات ، وغيرها من أنماط الزواج بين الأفراد : ( الأسباب والنتائج ، والمخاطر في ضوء رؤية الفكر الإسلامي والإنساني حولها ) .
المحور الثالث - الانعكاسات التربوية لمشروعية الزواج لدي الأفراد في ضوء المقاصد المجتمعية المأمولة .
أُختتم هذا المقال بتقديم توصياته ، ومن أهمها : توعية الشباب بمدي أهمية التفكير في اختيار أيٌ من أنماط الزواج في ضوء ما ينشأ عنه حول تكوين الأسرة وكيفية تربية الأطفال ،
كما يلزم نشر الوعي الصحيح بمخاطر أنماط الزواج غير الرسمي ، مع التأكيد علي المقاصد الدينية والدنيوية المصاحبة للزواج الموثق لكل من الزوجين ، وللأولاد ، والذي تُحفظ فيه الحقوق الزوجية وتُصان .
 
Abstract: The problem to be highlighted through this article was determined by the necessity of clarifying the educational reflexions of the legality of marriage in the light of contemporary societal purposes. Hence, the aims of this article were achieved as follows: The first axis - societal purposes of the legality of marriage among individuals and its societal effects (The effects of the legality of marriage and the formation of families among individuals): economically and psychologically, the extent of family cohesion, and other effects. The second axis - the legitimacy of marriage in light of its multiple types: formal documented marriage, nonformal – dis-documented marriage, misyar marriage, sociability marriage, temporary marriage, polygamy, and other patterns of marriage between individuals, (Causes, results, and risks in light of the vision of Islamic and humanitarian thought around its). The third axis - the educational repercussions of the legitimacy of marriage among individuals in light of the desired societal goals.
This article concluded by presenting its recommendations, the most important of its are Informing young peoples about the importance of thinking about choosing any pattern of  the marriage in light of what it entails regarding family formations, and how to educate their children, It is also necessary to spread correct awareness of the dangers of informal marriage patterns, with emphasis on the religious and worldly purposes associated with documented marriage for both spouses and children, in which marital rights are preserved and protected.
