Teacher’s Role to increase Student ‘s School engagement in Distance Education

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the degree of school integration (emotional, behavioral, and cognitive) for female students in post-education. , and to identify the role of the school administration in achieving school integration among female students in distance education, and the research used the descriptive survey method, and the research used a questionnaire applied to a sample of secondary school principals in public education in Riyadh, whose number is (262), and it consisted of (234 A teacher and (28) school principals in secondary schools in Riyadh.
The current research also recommended a set of recommendations, including the following:
● Training female teachers to deal with modern e-learning technologies.
● Training female teachers to employ a variety of teaching methods in the virtual classroom.
● Holding virtual meetings with school employees to follow up on the progress of the virtual educational processes.
● Work on developing incentives for female students who participate effectively in the virtual classrooms.
