Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the research is to provide an ethnographic description of the right to education in a public school in one of the districts of Al-Dalam Governorate, and by using the descriptive approach, some international and local reports and laws related to the right to education were analyzed. And the social relations that occur inside and outside the classroom between female students and teachers, and the role that the school plays in relation to the type of citizen produced by the public school. And the analysis of classroom materials, in addition to the statistical records of the neighborhood, and the tool was applied to a sample that included the school principal, and some members of the educational follow-up and supervision committees on organizational affairs, and (24) students and (8) teachers from different disciplines, and the student mentor in an elementary school were selected. And a middle school for girls in the Zmeika neighborhood of Al-Dilam governorate, southwest of Riyadh. The research concluded that the school works to achieve social justice and equality by classifying individuals and moving them according to their abilities, which helps in creating a society based on merit and entitlement and helps in achieving social mobility, and that the human elements within the school are makers of the meanings of their actions and practices, and the research recommended the need to pay attention to the right to education and to join all national, official and civil efforts to spread education and expand its horizons so that it becomes available to all.
