A questionnaire consists of 79 itemswith six dimensions (policies and regulations, personal competencies, planning, and implementation, education and qualification, change management and resource management). Upon verification of its validity and reliability, the questionnaire has been applied on a sample size of 281 schools’ principals (115 male and 166 female). The data obtained were analyzed using Stepwise Multiple Linear Regression.
