Abstract

The working paper aims to show the role of scientific institutions in issuing and publishing scientific journals with bonus roles for universities and excel in advertising and scientific advancement and attracting members of distinguished scientific committees. The Arab Foundation for Education, Science and Arts has contributed to the issuance of twelve scientific journals, including 11 published in Arabic and with the permission of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation and Deposit Numbers at the Egyptian Book House and an international number of publications and electronic publishing. The Foundation's issuances have received the DOI number as a prelude to their access to the international classification as well as the Arab coefficient of influence. The results indicate that the Arab League for Education, Science and Arts issued a document of ethics of scientific publishing, dealing with scientific theft complaints, forming a specialized scientific team for each scientific journal from all the Arab countries for the speed and quality of arbitration, and opening the ways of social communication with researchers through Watsab, Almsanger and Twitter for easy communication and sustainability . And the continuous advertising of the previous preparation and publication of the index of magazines, which makes researchers always in the case of living with the magazine and follow-up new specialization, and perhaps the above is the most important difference between the issuers of government agencies based on the continuation of e-mails and the issuance of private institutions that follow the methods of non-traditional spread.
